We require a 50% deposit to confirm your program booking. Once your deposit has been received, your dates will be reserved and your preparation process can begin.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer. Please note that all card payments, including debit cards, carry a 3% bank processing fee.
Any outstanding balance must be paid on the day of arrival and before starting your program.
Yes. We require a minimum of 14 days notice if you wish to defer or cancel your program.
Your deposit remains on your account as credit and can be used for a future stay, with no expiry date.
If changes are made within 14 days of arrival, a rescheduling fee of 2,500 THB per reserved night may apply, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
We operate a no-refund policy on all programs once booked. However, in most cases, unused balances can be held as future credit for a later stay.
If you reduce or end your stay after the program has started, refunds are not available. Remaining balances may be credited to your account for future use.
A reserved accommodation fee of 2,500 THB per booked night will still apply for the days held for your stay.
Yes, subject to availability. If you are unsure how long you would like to stay, we recommend booking a shorter program initially and extending during your first week if needed.
Your program includes all listed inclusions. Optional extras such as spa treatments, private training, special transport or additional services are charged separately and payable in advance or at the time of booking.
Yes. To maintain a focused and supportive retreat environment, alcohol, drugs, outside food, supplements and smoking are not permitted without prior approval.
Guests must disclose any medical conditions or medications before arrival, and all guests are expected to respect the retreat environment and other participants throughout their stay.
No. The minimum age for guests staying at New Body and Mind is 16 years old.
Our retreat is a structured wellness environment designed around detox, recovery and personal health programs. For this reason, every guest staying with us must be enrolled in an active program.
We do not offer accommodation-only stays or allow non-participating companions or children on the property.
