To enable our guests to experience the proven results and benefits of our retreat we insist that you read and accept these terms and condition.
No DRUGS, ALCOHOL, FOOD, DRINKS or SUPPLEMENTS are permitted to be brought to New Body and Mind without express permission from the Program Director.
Contravention of this rule will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of your program and payments.
In the case of DRUGS, which is against the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, New Body and Mind will be obliged to escort you to the police. Possession of drugs in Thailand can be punishable by death or life imprisonment.
You must inform us of any medical problems and/or medication that you are currently taking, before you begin your program.
Smoking on property occupied by New Body and Mind is strictly prohibited and smoking in bungalows or on it’s verandah will incur a cleaning fee of 10,000 THB.
Any inappropriate, disruptive, annoying or discouraging behavior or attitude to the detriment of other guests or staff will result in your removal from the property and forfeiture of your program and payments.
Visitors onto the property occupied by New Body and Mind are strictly prohibited unless previously authorized by the general manager.
At no time are visitors allowed to enter any bungalows.
We require a deposit of 50% of the program price.
We accept Visa Card, MasterCard or bank transfer. There is a 3% bank charge on all card transactions, including debit cards.
Any outstanding payments must be settled on the day of arrival and before starting the program, with no exceptions.
To enable us to prepare for bookings and maintain the optimum number of guests, New Body and Mind operates with a strict NO REFUND or EXCHANGE policy on all programs, contents and protocols.
A minimum of 14 day’s notice must be given if you wish to defer or cancel your program, once it has been booked.
Less than 14 days notice will incur a penalty of 2,500 THB per night to a maximum of 7 nights payable.
Your deposit balance will be held as credit for you and you can do your program any time in the future with no time limits.
If you wish to reduce or cancel your program after commencement, no refunds, exchanges or transfers are payable. However, we will credit your New Body and Mind account with the remaining amount which can be used on a program any time in the future with no time limits.
A daily accommodation fee of 2500 THB will be charged for the days already reserved.
One-month’s notice must be given when re-booking your program.
If you are unsure how long you would like to stay, we recommend that you book the lower amount and extend your stay (subject to availability) during your first week.
Additional charges for changes to your program, tours, taxis, spa treatments, meals, equipment must be paid COD or in advance. Credit will not be given under any circumstances.
New Body and Mind reserves the right to change or amend its policies at any time without prior notice – these changes or amendments may take effect immediately with little or no prior notice.
